    "This is the second Mini I have purchased from Mini of Ontario. This entire sale process was much better than last time - I don't know if that has anything to do with it being owned by Penske now. Daniel the salesman was professional, helpful and I would say "extremely" knowledgeable about all things Mini. I had already made my mind up I wanted a Countryman, but it was how he treated me as a customer that made me want to buy the car from him and your dealership. I felt he took a lot of time with me setting up the car before I drove off the lot and I really appreciated it. I would want to buy my next Mini from him. The only thing that I didn't care for regarding the entire purchase process is the extended warranty all of a sudden being offered at a lesser price when I had turned it down during our previous conversation about it while filling out the paperwork. As we have always known, purchasing a car is long and tiresome, but this one was not - by far...i never felt overwelmed, tired and wanted it to be over (other than wanting to go and drive my new Cooper ). The usual experience is hours and hours, but i was in and out within 3 hours and that was very good :). Under 4 B...the guy I signed the papers with was inaccurate when telling me i could use my visa card to make the payments - please let him know that cannot be done.     "I was very disappointed with the customer service and the amount of time it took to get a rental even though I had called in advance to schedule my appointment as well as a loaner vehicle. To make matters worse, my car was poorly washed. It was as if someone did it in a rush. This makes me wonder whether the employees are taking the time to properly service my vehicle. I had a representative call regarding my low customer service rating and instead of seeing what they could do to improve the situation, the rep first started by informing me that their service did not take as long as I had initially reported. To me this shows very poor customer service and I felt he was calling to justify their poor service instead of rectify the situation or assure me that this would not happen again. This person further reinforced my decision in no longer going to Mini of Ontario for any future services. It should not take over an hour to get a rental and if the dealership is very busy and out of loaner vehicle's they should take the initiative to inform us of the high volume of customers and give us the option to schedule an appointment for another day and/or come up with a more efficient process with enterprise. I'm very disappointed. As someone who paid more for an extended warranty in hopes that mini would provide better service than outside competitors, I find myself feeling very skeptical and let down by Mini of Ontario.
