    "This is our second Mini we've bought from Mini of Ontario. My wife loved the new Coupe and I love my wife, so next thing we knew we drove off in a very cool Black Coupe S. The main reason for this is Brian Jenks. When we go to Mini for any reason, service, fun events or just stopping bye, Brian always greets us as if we were the only Mini owners on the planet. This perticular time he just made it happen so smooth. Its amazing how you don't feel pushed, taken or that awful feeling we have had buying cars from other places. Joe ( finance) also makes you feel very comfortable. That day we went in just for service, Brian came over to say hello and said would you like to drive it?     "I have had a bad loud rattle in the back of the car that was originally diagnosed as a boot rattle but the rattle has not been fixed after 5 visits. This would normally be frustrating, but what I love about these guys at mini of Ontario is that they really seem dedicated to get it fixed and that makes all the difference to me. I really love these guys, I feel well taken care of by them. Every other issue has been fixed promptly and driving that loaded countryman loaner is a great perk.
