Service Technician
This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles brought to the dealership for service in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with MINI factory and MINI of Ontario’s standards. Work closely with the shop foreman and the service advisor. Must possess a valid driver’s license, hold a good driving record and obey all traffic regulations when driving company or customer’s vehicles.

- Must be able to read and understand instructions and information

- ASE certification preferred

- Mechanical skills

- Manual dexterity

- Use of good judgment

- Work effectively with all employees

- Work cooperatively with all team members

 

Service Advisor
This position is responsible for providing a significant bond between the customer and the center throughout the service visit and service delivery process. This position is accountable for handling scheduled service appointments as well as selling additional service to clientele.

- Excellent communication and organization skills

- Technically knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on MINI product line

- Ability to learn by applying information without excessive resources or time

- Patient and friendly with great customer service qualities

- Work effectively with customers

- Adaptability to changes as well as being able to take on special tasks as needed

- Professional personal appearance
